Elemental Media
is a privately owned graphic design and web development agency founded in June 2006. We are based in Žilina, Slovakia, and provide services to clients from the US, UK, Czech Republic, Serbia and Slovakia.
We are about the basics.
There are only a few elemental things in life and communication is one of them. We believe that a great message can only get across if it is said in the right way. We love helping great people say great things in a cool way.
We develop, design and re-design websites, create visual identities for companies, occasionally make cool videos and shoot short films all over Europe.

Stanislav Majerski
Creative director
Seasoned art director, music producer and decent coder. Loves working with talented people of any kind.
Stan has spent more than a decade and a half gaining experience in radio broadcasting, music production, design and print, film and, last but not least, web design and development – enough to keep him busy on and enthusiastic about a broad variety of media projects. His style is characterized by simple, clean and usable designs. He loves taking an idea from a napkin sketch to the final stage, a process he has been through many times. He enjoys the moment when the audience responds the way the author or client wanted them to. In all aspects of production, Stan strives for a healthy balance between content and presentation that will deliver the intended message.
Stan is the father of three bright stars called Hana, Teodor and Hugo. He shares his life’s journey with his wife Mariana, the best companion and most exquisite cook a man could wish for. There is never a wrong time for both of them to try something tasty, be it wine, cheese, chocolate or coffee.
Tomáš Mikletič
Project/Sales manager
Tomas is a skilled manager who can lead your project from vague beginnings to a winning end. He loves being surrounded by creative people, especially when he knows that all they need is a little bit of direction to turn their creativity into a beautiful message.
Tomas has eight years of experience in managing a youth organization in Slovakia. This included marketing, organizing national youth conferences and international camps and producing music festivals and other large events. In his former job he gained experience in the areas of project management, human resources, public relations, marketing and copywriting, as well as the basics of graphic and motion design.
Tomas and his wife Andrea both love to laugh at the jokes of their three small sons. They live in a little village in South Moravia.
Matej Loncko
Designer
Matej started designing in Macromedia Flash while still in high school. His talent was recognized and he was hired to work for three years as a full-time designer for a non-profit youth movement creating hundreds of designs for youth camps, festivals and conferences, as well as the user interface for a CD-ROM periodical. For two years after that, Mato worked as a freelance web and print designer gaining a great deal of influence with his numerous clients.
Matej joined the Elemental Media team in the fall of 2007 bringing his experience and influence into our team.
Being a skilled photographer he has traveled quite a bit of the world, capturing photons. He also loves to travel in time and thinks Lego was the greatest invention of the 20th century. He spent his early years standing in a creek catching fish with his bare hands. This fact alone explains a lot about his personality.
Our international clients say they were surprised by our team’s “perfect command of English” and “the highly transparent and professional project management”.
